Sweet and sour meatballs

This is a recipe i tried from pinterest its so good but would make some changes which i noted below.
30 or so frozen meatballs of choice ( I used the ones from m&ms)
This was a 4 out of 5 in my books only thing keeping it from 5 out of 5 was i think it called for too much vinegar so thats why i recomend to half the vinegar.
This is one of those recipes that when your cooking it your whole home smells divine! If any of you make this please let me know what you thought or if you guys did anything different that you enjoyed i would love to hear about it!
Set slowcooker on low and put in those frozen meatballs. Drain both cans of pineapples ,put the juice into mixing bowl and add the pineapples into the slow cooker. Put pineapple juice aside and now chop your washed green pepper into chunks what ever size you prefer and add those to slow cooker.
Now we work on the sauce . Add corn starch, soy sauce,vinegar, and brown sugar to bowl with pineapple juice abd whisk well until everthing is perfectly mixed. Now pour mixture over top of everything already in slow cooker mix everything well make sure meatballs are all in sauce.
With my slow cooker i did 3 and half hours on low and then 2 hours on high. I stirred every half hour when on low and every 15 minutes when on high. Now put on top of bed of cooked white or brown rice and enjoy also rewarmed the next day and was also very good!
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup Vinegar i would change this to 1/3 cup
- 2 11 oz cans of pineapple tidbits (keep juice will need for sauce)
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 3 tbs corn starch
- Long white rice
