I received my third birchbox Canada today. If you are unfamiliar with birchbox Canada its a $14.95 cad monthly subscription service . You receive 4 to 5 beauty products ,and sometimes a beauty extra.You receive it monthly like a magazine subscription which you can cancel at any time. This months theme was adventure.
This month was a little bit of a dissapointment to me only because we were all promised full sized eyeko fat liquid liners, but we didnt receive because they got held up at customs. Besides that i got 5 beauty samples in my box and one beauty extra. This month we also all got a code to enter online and everyone is a winner.
Price: Full size $27 cad. Sample size $5.50 cad.
What: Non drying spray gives soft beachy waves.
Thoughts: Im interested in trying this ive never used a sea salt spray before. I have been wearing my hair natural alot lately so this will be a fun product to play with. It also smells pretty good.
Naoby oxygenating moisturizing cream
Price: Full size $45 cad. Sample size $18 cad.
What: Made with avacodo and olive oils, this 98% natural cream nourishes and hydrates skin.
Thoughts:Well i probally wont use this i have super sensitive skin so i will most likely pass this on to a family member. It also smells like oranges and my skin prefers no scent.
Price: Full size $19 cad. Sample size $1.87 cad.
What:Rich foamy gel cleanses skin without drying , and has a dreamily sweat scent.
Thoughts:It definetly has a sweet scent , almost too sweet. It reminds me of my pink sugar perfume. I will definetly try it out though.
Cynthia rowley lip stain in poppy
Price: Full size $23 cad.Sample size $3.75 cad .
What:A long wearing stain from NYC based designer that gives unbeatable moisture and shine.
Thoughts:Now for me no matter the makeup product I am always happy to get because i love building my makeup collection and i dont own a colour like this. Also as to the long wear factor i believe it lives up to that, i swatched it on my arm and it took a couple washes to get off.
Real chemistry luminous 3 minute peel
Price: Full size $58 cad. Sample size $5.89 cad.
What:This acid free peel gently exfoliates for instantly softer, smoother , brighter skin.
Thoughts: As i said up above i have sensitive skin, but this stuff really intrigues me so i will be giving it a shot.
Pura vida lace headband with charm
Price: Single headband has $ 2.25 cad value.
What:This was a beauty extra this month.
Thoughts: Who honestly cant find some use for a head band. So will definetly use, and it stays of my head unlike most head bands.
Box value: $ 37.26 cad.
Overall this was not my favorite box, but if it had that eyeliner this would of definetly been tied with my first box where i got the beauty blender.
